One of the problems with making those assumptions is that it fails to 
include mpg.  Those other rookies average far more mpg than does Billups:

1.  B.J. - 33.3 mpg, 13.3ppg, .388 fg%, .270 3pt%, .835 ft%, 5.3 apg, 43 stl.
                    
2.  B.K. - 31.6 mpg, 9.0 ppg, .425 fg%, .000 3pt%, .773 ft%, 8.0 apg, 78 stl.

3.  A.D. - 29.8 mpg, 9.5 ppg, .415 fg%, .231 3pt%, .728 ft%, 5.8 apg, 25 stl.

4.  C.B. - 22.9 mpg, 10.2ppg, .401 fg%, .352 3pt%, .811 ft%, 1.9 apg, 43 stl.
