clippers game

'Meant to mention this the other day, and forgot..

Did anyone see the bone-headed play by the Clippers at the end of the game?
The Clippers had been pounding the offensive boards all night, so when they
had the last shot of the game, trailing by 1, they should have got the shot
off quickly, and then went for the rebound.  Instead, the point guard got
the inbounds pass, and just started the dribbling the clock down for the
last shot as if they were tied!  My 13 year old daughter (all conference,
BTW, averaging 12 boards a game!)  said, "whats he doing?"  About that time
Cousy asked the same question..

I would expect a team coached by Bill Fitch to know better.  Of course we
are talking the Clippers here.
