Pepper UNCO, Giants thrashed!! :(

The North Melbourne Giants have got off to the most disastorous start
that the club could ever hope for. Ben Pepper, David Stiff, Patrick
Reidy and coach Brett Brown were forced away from the team for half of
the week to attend Boomers camp for the basketball World Championships
later this year.

Pepper played 24 minutes for 1-3 field goals, he shot 1/2 from the
charity stripe, grabbed 4 defensive boards, 1 block and 4 turnovers.
Overall he scored 3 points and had 3 fouls. 

Nate Driggers had a better time of it in his first time with the only
complaint being that he needs to be a little bit more offensive minded
and not to be afraid to take the shot when its there, he was leaving it
for Pat Reidy or someone else to shoot it.

His stats were fairly nice, they were 29 minutes of action, 3 of 4 from
the field, 2 of 4 from the stripe, 7 boards, 0 assists or fouls and 9
points. He had 1 turnover.
