While I was thrilled to see the level of chemistry exhibited by the
Celtics last night in reference to Dee performance, I hope nobody gets
overly excited about this. This game was after all played against a team
with a poor record and many of his points were scored in garbage time. Dee
is excess baggage and has been for years. Let him go to west next week and
drive the lane a few times and get slammed by some big stud. Let him get up
again and again and keep driving to the basket. Only then will I start to
think that he has found his heart. I can only hope that he can play well
for enough of a stretch of games so we can suck in some other team into
taking him. Whatever short term improvements he makes will disappear after
a short time, this guy shows me nothing. Thanks for listening.

Dee was in one of those zones they talk about tonight. He was hitting
them from everywhere and the crowd was shouting DEEEEEEE! over and
over. I was very happy to see him have a night like that. The rest of
the Celtics were jumping up and down, pounding him on the back, they
were all happy for him. That's the chemistry we keep mentioning. If
only he could do that all the time nobody would ever want to trade him.
