New Sprewell suit

Sprewell refiled his law suit and claims that NBA employees shredded
evidence that would have "exonerated him".  Like what, the film of
someone else choking his coach?  Or maybe the film of PJ choking himself
to set up Spre!  I mean, he claims it was notes from interviews.  So
what, he can call the witnesses.  It has already been through binding
arbitration.

As a lawyer, this kind of thing aggravates me as it gives my profession
a bad name.  I hope he gets booted out quicker than when he came in.
