Interesting article, however I suspect that Chomsky has not really listened 
carefully to the actual discussions that often take place :)  

"Why don't we trade Minor for Robinson" -- "Because no body would be that 
stupid and even if they were we couldn't fit him under the cap" -- "OK, what

about trading Edney for Morning" -- "Because no body would be that stupid
and 
even if they were we couldn't fit him under the cap" -- "How about we try to

sign ....".
