I also agree that Toine should be signed as the franchise player,
BUT, Untill the new CBA is in place NOBODY should be signed!!! It could cost
us long term cap problems (see the T-Wolves) We must sign a top free agent
first.
Once Toines contract is written and signed we lose all hope of signing
another free agent.
