Knight, Mcdyess

Can anyone tell me how tall Mcdyess is?  I was thinking he was Walker's
size.  I also thought that Knight was a true Center.  If not, what
separates him from Dino Radja?  Also, I have noticed that everyone on
their predicted rosters (with trades) has Knight not starting.  Aren't
we paying him too much not to start?
