I am not sure what the cap ramifications are.  If someone else picks them
up at minimum there salary will still be under the Celtics cap I believe.
Any cap specialists out there ?

Yes this was available last year (or was it the year before ?) before his
trade from Minnesota but I guess Rider's problems were too much for M.L. or
others.
