I'm curious about the Mills trade and have been patiently waiting to see if
anyone
on the list would answer my question before asking this.  I thought under
the collective
 bargaining agreement that Free Agent signings cannot be traded until the
following
year?  If this is true, how did Ricky P pull this off?
