I heard an NBA insider make the following predictions based on what he has
heard so far.


San Antonio - Duncan, unless the Seattle deal for Kemp deal goes down.  Do
they have the time to wait for Duncan to really mature & add the supporting
cast with Robinson's getting up there in age ?

Philadelphia - Would like to trade for an established big man (Vin Baker
?), if not will take Battie or Brown really likes Tim Thomas.

Boston - This will test what Pitino has claimed about Mercer.  Expect
Mercer to go here.

Vancouver - Will probably move this for a veteran.  Whoever is picking will
select Thomas, Mercer or Battie whoever is still available.


Denver - Needs a point bad , sending out smoke screens on Antonio Daniels,
wants Colorado's Chauncy Billups.

Boston - Wants Duncan & Billups, probably won't get either.  Will be
looking at Van Horn, Daniels ,McGrady and Foyle & Cato.
