Philly & the lottery

Does anyone remember last year when the 76's President (Pat Croce?) was
jumping up and down with glee when they got the first pick?  I remember
thinking, geesh, I know it's a big deal, but control yourself!

Now I understand his glee!  Apologies to the downstairs neighbors on
lottery day if the Cs get the # one pick.
