items in Charlotte Observer: David Wesley

There were two articles in the Observer this morning that touched on David
Wesley.  One article was primarily about Mugsy Bogues future with the
Hornets, and mentioned that Wesley was one of the top free agent point
guards available.  Bogues was saying that they did not need to bring in
anyone, but needed to sign him to a longer contract and groom Tony Delk for
the  point position.

In the other article (different writers) they jist of the article was that
the Hornets are going to stay away from big money acquisitions this coming
year, and wait for the bidding wars on free agents a year later.  A bidding
war, by the way, the C's will probably have to sit out due to Carr's
signings over the last two years. *sigh*
