Living in ACC country, this is my take on Antawn Jamison.

Very good college offensive rebounder and good down low
scorer.  He has an amazingly quick release, making it often
hard to defend him once he has the ball down low.  He is about 6'8"
and not really built like a 4.

The down side is he can not shoot outside 3 feet, he cannot
handle the ball, he is a mediocre foul shooter and at best an
average defender for his size.

There is no compariosn between Jamison and Walker.  Walker is infinitely
more talented with a much higher upside.  He can shoot, he can handle,
he can srebound, he can score, he can defend...
