Top 3 odds

I think the Celtics have to get a selection in the top 3 to make all this
losing worth while. They would then be able to select Duncan, Mercer, or
Battie. I would be happy with any of these three but of course I prefer
Duncan. I feel there is a definite talent dropoff after 3. The Dallas pick
would then be gravy. Could someone please tell me the odds of the Celtics
getting one of the top 3 selections?
