What will you do?

I hear some of you talking about how you "Won't forigve the Celtics"
if they let Bird go to Indiana.

How will you not forgive them? Will you refuse to root for the Cs?
Will you become an Indiana fan? Will you no longer participate in this
group? Will you never attend another Celtics game? What do you mean by
"Never forgive?"

Others had said that "anything less thatn a championship is unacceptable."
If that's true then why are you still here? I define fans as those who
support the team no matter what? So are you a fan?

And another thing...

All season I've been listening to people say that the C's must tank
the season. That's easy to say from behind your screen (TV or computer),
but it's damn hard to root against the Celts when you are at the game.
I was at the Orlando game last week. The score was tied with 2 min. left.
The place was jumping. I'm sorry, but you can't be thinking Duncan
under those circumstances, you just have to stand up and cheer for
your team. When you pay good money to *support* your team, you want to
get something for your money. I was also at the LA game in November
when we won by 16. Let me tell you, that was fun. No way could you have
wanted them to not beat Shaq because you wanted the Celts to tank the
season.

Speaking of Duncan, people here are making the assuption that if the
Celts end up with the worst record, then Duncan is a sure thing. No way.
It's possible that the Celts could end up with picks 12 and 13, although
that's highly unlikely.

I just had to vent a little.
