        Greetings from NBA.com! This special edition of NBA.com Special
        Delivery is to alert you to a live "One-on-One" chat on Thursday at
        9:30 p.m. ET with power forward/center Tim Duncan, picked by the
        San Antonio Spurs with the first overall selection in Wednesday night's
        1997 NBA Draft.

        Duncan was the consensus College Player of the Year in 1996-97,
        winning such major awards as The Associated Press, National Association
        of Basketball Coaches and U.S. Basketball Writers Player of the Year, in
        addition to winning the Naismith and Wooden Awards as the top collegiate
        player.

        He finished his career at Wake Forest University as only the 10th player
        in NCAA history to score 2,000 points and amass 1,500 rebounds at the
        college level. A two-time unanimous All-America selection, Duncan
        averaged 20.8 points and 14.7 rebounds and 3.3 blocks as a senior. He
        led the Atlantic Coast Conference in points, rebounds, blocks and field goal
        percentage
