     At a press conference after the Celtics made their picks Pitino
stated that he and the club thought that Radja was healthy.  He said that
he watched Radja play tennis with the team doctor.  Also, he plans to
take the matter to arbitration .


     Also, the Celtics selected Billups and Mercer with their picks.  I
believe that if these picks are kept they are good selections.  Finally
the Celtics will have a backcourt with size that they have lacked since
the days of Reggie Lewis and Brian Shaw.
