I am not a fan of Weatherspoon. His defense isn't
very good. He is too small to defend power forwards
and too slow to stop small forwards. I would rather
have Dino on my team any day. Dino is a better low
post scorer and a better rebounder.

Here are Weatherspoon's Stats (view with a fixed font
such as courier):

Year min/g FG% FT% p/g r/g a/g
- ------------------------------------------
92-93 32.4 .469 .713 15.6 7.2 1.8
93-94 38.4 .483 .693 18.4 10.1 2.3
94-95 39.4 .439 .751 18.1 6.9 2.8
95-96 39.7 .484 .746 16.7 9.7 2.0
96-97 36.0 .491 .738 12.2 8.3 1.7

The only way that this is a good trade is if it frees
up cap space now or in the near future. Neither player
will be a free agent this summer.
