Rejected and not into the stands, but into Bird's hands he pulls up for
3, made it.

Bill Russell is and always will be the best player ever in pro
basketball.  With only 8 teams, the relative talent pool is deeper and
the teams more familiar.  He won it all as player and coach.  None
better period.  If you really meant this, it shows you are a fan, and
not objective.  As an individual player, Jordan has more "skills" than
Bird, but Bird actually did more things better, and God in short pants
got swept head to head!
