Pete Setter, draft guru, was on a local sports radio show and this were his
picks:

He thought the Celts would trade down from the 6 spot since the best players
there(Van Horn and Thomas) were small forwards and the Celts have plenty
there with Walker and Williams. He said that GS was looking for a small
forward and could perhaps move a player to the C's to move up. He seemed to
think that the Celts weren't willing to pay for Wesley so they would probably
take Billups, that he was the hottest player right now and that it probably
isn't a smokescreen and no point guard would be available at 6.
