MJ would take Shaq to the cleaners one on one.

1) Shaq cannot shoot, Mike can.
2) Michael is quicker and faster and could drive past Shaq.
3) Although Shaq can handle the ball well for his size, Mike would oick 
his pockets.

Conclusion:  Bigger does not equate victory in one on one.
