Yes, but there is a difference between a draft pick and a player.  A draft
pick is a draft pick and a player is a human being.  And there is a
difference between Van Horn and Billups.  The Celtics drafted Billups to
play not to trade.  Mercer might be traded on the other hand.  But of
course, lets not trade Mercer, hes much better than Billups (the opinion of
the "greedy celtics fans", not mine)...

He shouldn't get a nomination as an allstar.  Forwards that are better than
him are:
Scottie Pippen, Shawn Kemp, Charles Barkley, Juwan Howard, Larry Johnson,
Dennis Rodman, Jerry Stackhouse, Glen Rice, Karl Malone, Christian
Laettner, and there are much more....
