I was just reading Dave D'Alessandro's column in The Sporting News, and in
it he mentions something that some people on this list don't seem to be
aware of.  Since the Celtics signed Travis Knight, there some people have
suggested that Pitino signed Knight in order to trade him, or have simply
suggested possible trades involving Knight.

If Pitino *did* sign Knight in order to trade him, then he is "StuPitino",
because, according to league rules, a team cannot sign another team's free
agent and then trade him.  A team is allowed to sign its own free agent
and trade him - so the Celtics could have signed Rick Fox and then traded
him.  

Travis Knight, along with any other Pitino free agent signing, is here to
play.
