Celtics in '98?

I expect to finish much higher than last year.  I don't think they will
make the playoffs next year, although I wouldn't be surprised if they did. 
I don't think we can measure the improvement in wins and losses.  If we
look impressive and only win 20 games, I would consider that a good year. 
If we looked like we stunk but won 35 games and made the playoffs, I would
consider that a disappointing year.  We need these players to learn the
system first, not win in another system.  The players have to adjust and
then win.

Another note:  It seems as if every time it is the rise of the Celtics, it
is the fall of Bulls.  As Boston is on the way up, Chicago is on the way
down.  And vice versa, when Chicago was on the way up, the Celtics were on
their way down.  That seems interesting.
