As far as Pervis is concerned the C's have a legitimate case for getting 50% 
of his salary back into the cap, which means we should be 2.8 + 0.8 + some 
change = 3.6. The one disadvantage of this contract is that now the C's will 
be operating with a lower cap number i.e. 24 - 3.0 = 21 mill.- Mishra
