Celtics stock

I'm a reporter at Minnesota Public Radio examining the Minnesota Twins 
offer of 49-percent of team to the public in exchange for stadium 
financing.

One possibility is that the equity might be offered up as public stock, 
similiar to the Celtics stock.  Now, I've heard from a couple folks that 
Celtics stock makes a nice souvenier, but not a particularly good 
investment.  Are there any financial professionals/Celtics fans out there 
who could confirm or deny the stock's value?  Please respond privately to
