Brian Williams

I get the digest version of this list (I recommend
it if you don't want to be swamped with too many
messages at once) so someone may have already
responded to this --

Apparently the Dallas Mavs were interested in
Brian Williams (have the Clips sign him and trade
him to them) and brought him in for some tryouts.
Turned out that Williams had knee surgery in
the off-season and did not recover enough to 
even pass the physical.

If the C's are looking for a big man to fill
Dino's shoes this season, they'll have to look
elsewhere.


Speaking of the Mavs, I wished the C's had
picked up Gatling when Miami released him
during the off-season.
