Yes, it is a chicken/egg situation.  It doesn't take an all star
appearance, however nice that might be.  What it takes is continuing to
improve, winning more games.  When teams learn they're facing a real
opponent, when they realize how talented these guys are, they'll be
respected.  Last night's game was a big step in the right direction.
The Laker fans/announcers haven't seen that much of this team.  They
played so well last night, that whether Laker country residents like to
admit it or not, they learned some respect for this young, new team.
