 Charlotte Hornets (16-9) at Boston Celtics (12-12), 8 p.m.

This is the first meeting of the season between these clubs.
Charlotte has won four straight meetings against the Celtics,
having swept last season's series.

The Hornets snapped a two-game skid Monday as Glen Rice
scored on a tip-in at the buzzer for an 81-79 victory over the
woeful Raptors. Charlotte won for the sixth time in eight games
overall. The Hornets are 5-6 as the guest and 12-6 in the
Eastern Conference.

The Boston Celtics are winners of three in a row and can go back
over .500 for the first time in a month. The Celtics thumped the
Clippers, 99-77, on Sunday and can win their 13th game of the
season tonight -- something they did not reach until March 17th
last season.

The Celtics are 9-6 at home.
