No matter what PJ said, what Sprewell did should not/can not be forgiven.
Because they had trouble dealing with each other does not give a excuse to 
assult a person and threathen to kill him.  IMHO, he should be banned from 
the league for a year, and strip him of his contact(if that is possible).

I don't care how good a Spree is, I would NOT want him to play for the Celts.
There are alot more important things in life than "mere" basketball.

PS-If PJ attacked Spree first, the same goes for PJ too.
