BIG 5 TEAM TRADE
hey guys
this trade is about to go off
WE GET- Antonio McDyess Hawkins, Buck #1 next season
Sonics get- Pervis Ellison, Vin Baker, Denver #1, 2 2nd rounders Philly
Sixers get- Ellison, Eric Snow, LaPhonso Ellis, Joe Wolf
Bucks get- Dana Barros, Greg Minor, Shawn Kemp,
Denver get- Jerry Stackhouse, Jim McIlvaine, Spoon
What teams lose compared to what they get-
Boston- Barros, Minor, Brown, Ellison get- McDyess, Hawkins #1 (prolly
lottery)
I'd say we EASILY win on this deal
Seattle- Kemp, Hawkins, Snow Get- Brown, Baker, Denver #1 (Lottery)2 2nd
thats a good swap for them
Sixers- Stackhouse, Spoon, 2 2nds get- Ellison, Snow, Ellis, Wolf
very iffy, bad trade
Nuggets- McDyess, Ellis, Wolf get- Stackhouse, McIlvaine, Spoon
I'd call this a average to good trade. Cos of Ellis's injuries. lose cap
Bucks- Baker, lottery pick get- Barros, Minor, Kemp
Good trade
What do you all think of this trade.
I just heard it on a sports show. Kemp's agent was the one who was
talking about it. He said that he thought it was a good one for his
client.
As for the Celtics, if we get this done our lineup would be
C- Knight, DeClercq
PF- McDyess, DeClercq, Walker
SF- Walker, Mills, Bowen, Mercer
SG- Hawkins, Mercer, Mills, Bowen
PG- Billups, Edney
That gives us 10 contracted players. I'd say that we push for Dean
Garrett.
Starting lineups with that deal
Milwaukee- Sonics Denver Sixers Boston
C- Johnson Perkins McIlvaine Coleman Knight
PF- Kemp Baker Battie Thomas McDyess
SF- Robinson Schrempf Spoon Ellis Walker
SG- Allen Brown Stackhouse Jackson Hawkins
PG- Douglas Payton Goldwire Iverson Billups
Comparing those lineups
Milwaukee has the best- Power Forward
Seattle has the best- Point Guard, Small Forward
Denver has the best in nothing
Sixers has the best- Centre
Boston has the best- Shooting guard
To just say one thing- I love our chances against these teams!!
