The owners *are* offering this kind of ridiculous dough, thus Garnett deserves to get it. Based on what ? What has he accomplished ? Did the Timberwolves go anywhere last year ? Is he a franchise player, or a tweaner ? IMO, not a franchise player worth $20M a year. >
