Team Chemistry

While the Celtics players may need time to get used to each other, the other
half of team chemistry is following leadership, having a purpose, and being
motivated to work together as a team. If anyone has read, "Success is a
Choice" by Coach Pitino, you would know that all his teams had team chemistry,
even when they sucked the year before. Pitino has brought his ENTIRE coaching
staff with him from Kentucky. He had 5 players drafted in the first round of
the NBA draft. And he has two of those players on the same team. Please
realize that there is no way Pitino will let this team fail. He'll be working
them too hard to do that. Pitino's team's will lose because of lack of talent
especially in the post, but they'll win half of their games. Look for them to
be in the hunt for the 7th, and 8th playoff spot. If Rick Fox really wants to
leave his mark on the NBA, he would sign with the C's for minimum salary
because playing for Pitino is a chance of a lifetime; not playing for Shaq and
Van Exel.
