I could see both Billups and McGrady going higher than that.  It all
depends on who gets the draft pick.  For instance, Vancouver is not going
to draft Thomas because they already have a good, young power forward.

Day is a free agent so there is no need to cut him.

I like Fox but I think perhaps he would be better used on another team.  We
already have Walker and Williams, both good, young forwards.  We also have
Radja, and though he may be making a lot of money he is good.
