He just doesn't have the mental attitude that will take him to the next 
level. I see him as a highly talented player who will probably never reach 
his potential. I doubt he will be in the CBA next year as he does have some 
value as a bench player. It is just a fact that Boston will not re-sign him 
at the end of the season unless it is for minimum type contract.
You never know  I could be wrong, he may blossom in the right situation but 
at this time his salary slot is his most important asset for the Celtics.
