In scenario B), I say that the sixth pick would be one of the four second
tier stars.  That is an error.  If Mercer/Van Horn go 2 and 4, and we take
Foyle/Battie with 3, then there is no reason why Denver at five shouldn't
take the other big man.  that would leave us with Foyle/Batie and Billups,
etc.  -- a considerably less attractive scenario.
