Saturday, February 18, 2006 · In 1973, 19-year-old
Scot Halpin filled in at a big-time rock concert when
Keith Moon, the hard-living drummer for The Who,
passed out. Halpin tells Scott Simon about being urged
out of the audience in response to an appeal from Who
frontman Pete Townsend.

He says they hope to be selling downloads of the archives by mid year.  He
