It's from the first track on Steve Martin's WILD & CRAZY GUY 
album.  The track/bit is called "I'm Feelin' It."

In a trippy, New Age kinda way Steve says he & the audience have
a communication thing going on between them.  "We're onto some-
thing here," he says.  Then he says, "You feel it?  I'm feelin' it."
