Eh?  The Birdman pose?  "The Birdman" was Pete's nickname back in the
mid-'60s because he had a beak of a nose (!) & he would often strike a 
pose on stage where he would hold both hands out in a bird-like or air-
plane-like manner while his guitar just hung there producing feedback.

There are dozens of pics of Pete striking this pose throughout The Who's
live career.  There's a quick clip in TKAA of him doing it in the '60s.

Anyway, Pete made it a habit on the 2002 tour to strike his famous Bird-
man pose each time "Sparks" hit that culmination point about 2/3rds of
the way through the song.  It was beautiful.
