ya know who else was never knighted and never recieved a special grammy who 
probably deserves it more than rod?   eric clapton.    yeah, rod should talk. 
his abandonment of rock n' roll for standards is an easy target. I love rod and 
I appreciate him coming out with his feelings even though I may not agree 
with em.   does seem unfair that they'd honor mick Jagger who probably has a 
worser rep than rod has. I dunno.   as long as he didn't attack townshend who ALSO 
was never knighted. ; )    and by the way, has rock n' roll come to the point 
where british rockers wanna be knighted? wasn't rock n' roll like, AGAINST 
the establishment?  oh yeah, rod isn't a rocker anymore. he's gone vegas!
