Don't like the caution?

If you don't like the terms of Pete's caution, or the effect the ambiguous 
message it sends has had on his reputation, here is the address of the Home 
Office in the UK that administers law enforcement and sentencing.  The Home 
Secretary is David Blunkett.  It might be helpful if the Home Office knows 
there is "public disquiet."   However, please be polite, as this is a 
government office that is trying to satisfy many different demands.
