well, I didn't know that before I saw him play. I think he's very good. just 
one person's opinion and I didn't mean it to be offensive. you'd be 
surprised how many talented people there are who have some kind of ties to 
well known personnel and not just kenny.

I don't mean to belittle your opinion, I just think he lacks originality 
among other things and wouldn't put him in a 'guitar hero' catergory. His 
band is ok, but he needs to learn to compose and sing if he wants to go much 
further. And there are many talented people with some kind of ties to well 
known personnel but you forgot one thing: Kenny isn't really that talented. 
Would he be where he is (was?) if not for daddy's connections? Talking of 
new guitar heroes, I prefer Derek Trucks.  Granted he has ties to well known 
personnel but he is far more talented than say Johnny Lang or KWS. Go into 
any club any night of the week and you'll see players better than KWS or 
Johnny Lang (or Jack White for that matter). Unfortuantely, we all know that 
talent does not bring fame. We sometimes forget that the opposite is also 
true.
