I don't think so, but maybe John did "Boris" in Japanese when he was on tour
with Ringo. At least they were joking about it.
What I mean is that the non-verbal message translates well. You can tell
they're not relying on the lyrics because of the mess they make of them.
It's the powerful and exultant quality of the music that they like.
