Well, i'm now up to date and Pete was arrested and released.  I actually taught a class which included the govt of the UK, and it IS true someone can be arrested there but not charged.  In the UK, one is generally regarded guilty until proven innocent.  It said in the story that he hasn't been charged with anything.  Let's hope it remains this way and this dies down.  It's a dark time for Who fans right now, but don't give up hope.
