Just thought i'd put my small contribution to the
Roger getting accolade's thing.

Roger has worked very hard over the last couple of
years on something he is very passionate about. Pete,
on the other hand, tends to do his charitable work in
a quieter fashion.

I have long argued that the Who should have been
recognised for,
1. Living in this country and at one stage, paying
around 98% income tax and not swanning off like
Jagger, Rod Stewart and numerous others, to live in
foreign climes.
2. The amount of money given to charity since the
start of their career. probably most of their earnings
from UK gigging to save the taxman getting it.

If Jagger can be given a knighthood or whatever, Rog
and Pete should now be King & Queen of England!!

This of course will now never happen due to recent
events.

For those of you who think Pete has been done an
injustice, maybe so, but it's not because of Roger.

Let's not forget if it wasn't for Roger, The Who's
biggest fan, a lot of the concerts we have been so
fortunate to attend would not have happened. In my
book, he deserves all/any credit he gets.

If Pete gets some soon too then double joy.
