Well said.  That's how I felt about too.  WGFA is a political song, no
doubt, and I think Who-ever decided not to sing the closing line decided
right.  It was definitely not the place for the middle-finger salute that
"meet the new boss" surely is.  When I was listening to it the other day, I
just got curious.  You know, did TED talk about it before going on?

If there's a political discussion brewing, then I'd like de-caf, please.  On
second thought, I'll pass!  I wasn't trying to scratch the surface of the
politics, just wondering who had the foresight to nix the line.  Had they
sung it, do you think that the performance would've been hailed as
positively as it was?  I suppose the way those firefighters and cops where
going nuts for our boys, it wouldn't have made a difference to them (you can
interpet the line in a positive way if you try) but I'm sure the press
would've been all over it.
