As you have read in Pete's latest diary entry, John's
memorial service will take place in London on Thursday
24th October 2002. The venue will be St
Martin-in-the-Fields church in Trafalgar Square. The
memorial will begin at 11.00am and although the
service is mainly invite only there will be a limited
amount of seating available to the general public and
this will be offered up on a first come first served
basis. 

John's family have requested that there be no flowers
but that alternative donations be made to the British
heart Foundation and / or the Teenage Cancer Trust.
