Sometimes you have to be patient.  When I used to post to 
IGTC from my work computer it would literally take hours
before it appeared.  And when I posted from my home com-
puter it would pop-up instantly.

Now it's reversed!  Work posts are instantaneous & my posts
from home take hours.
