Re: Bjorn on Crack

good points magik...

ive always had the same feeling about pete-
i remember him saying in a post that he regularly refuses autographs, let
alone care if he offends anyone!
at watford,i was walking around the colloseum early in th day and there
were about 20 peopl hanging out at the back waiting for a glimpse/meet...
i didnt stay though.

but about 3yrs ago i had the opportunity to meet roger..
went thru the same thoughts and worries..
DO i want to risk killing the image of a band whos music means so much to
me/??
what if he turns up in a bad mood and dismisses me....etc.
but i knew it was a one-off chance so i took it..and luckily he was
great.signed everythign i brought and talked for about 5 or 10mins about
dublin, possible new who stuff etc..and he told me about the sheperds bush
show that was coming up (hadnt been announced at the time - didnt help - i
STILL couldnt get a ticket!)

but basically,im happy that im FAR from bored with the band and will always
go see them whenever i can..
i havent forgotten the days i fell in love with whos next or quadrophenia...
